Why isn't me email aworking?
It won't load anything past Feb 14, 2008?
How do I get you to fix it since you offer no help for free email?????
Are you using webmail? If yes, how does this feature manifest itself? What you you mean by "not loading"? What exactly is happening (or not happening for that matter)? What are your exact steps you take until you see the issue? What browser are you using? Does it work on http://basic.webmail.aol.com?
What is "webmail"?
I do not know how else to explain, none of the current messages are coming in....all of last months and March's, and half of Feb mail is gone, nothing is coming in, my friends say I am not answering but there is nothing there....nothing current past Feb 14
AOL Webmail is the AOL e-mail on the web: http://webmail.aol.com. So you say you don't think you are receiving mails - it's not that you can not open mail, correct? Try resorting your messages in your "Inbox" or "New Mail" folder: Click on the headers of the columns: Try clicking on "Date" to resort your mail list and see if you see the newest mail on top and if this solves your issue of "not seeing new mail" If you don't see the new mail, please let me know, since we want to make sure you don't have any other issue.
Also please try using http://basic.webmail.aol.com and let me know what you see there.
