I want to create a free website, can anyone suggest a good, free, easy to use download i can obtain please? Here's hoping. Ms Undecided

If you are looking for a Content Management System for the administration and management of your contents you may want to have a look at this website: www.opensourcecms.com

This is a repository of all the best Open Source CMS. Download a package from the official website and run it on your server.

I would recommend Joomla, Drupal or WordPress (of course it depends what do you wanna do with your website). Is it gonna be a blog, a corporate website, a community portal?

 If you don't wanna go for a CMS just have a look at the Internet. You c find really cool template to edit to create your outstanding website.

I'd recommend you the wiki platforms. They use a simple syntax, much easier than html; host for free and of course have wiki functionality. I am using wikidot.com and I am happy with it and you can take a look at them all at http://www.wikimatrix.org.
